These pre-launch terms govern your use of elevarefuel.com. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. We'll issue full commerce terms alongside our first product on sale.
1. About this site
The site is informational. No products are on sale yet. Joining the waitlist tells us you'd like to hear when we launch — it doesn't create any obligation to buy anything.
2. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but we don't warrant that everything on the site is complete, current, or free of errors. Site content may change without notice.
3. Intellectual property
The ElevareFuel name, wordmark, text, images and layout on this site are our property or used with permission. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non- commercial use. Any other use — republication, resale, or building a competing product around our copy — requires our written permission.
4. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to any user for site-related claims is capped at £100.
5. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
